Routwo／輪途服務條款
Routwo／輪途（以下稱「本服務」）由營運名稱「睿騎工作室」的個人獨立開發者提供與維護。 使用本服務即表示你同意以下條款。
1. 服務內容
Routwo 提供機車騎乘紀錄、路線分享、地圖探索、揪團、小隊位置分享、車庫、社群及相關功能。 部分功能可能需要登入、網路、定位權限或付費資格。
2. 騎乘安全
Routwo 不是緊急救援、交通安全或導航保證服務。
使用者應自行注意道路、天候、車況與交通法規，不應在騎乘中以造成分心或危險的方式操作 App。 路線、挑戰、排行、探索及社群內容僅供參考。
3. 帳號
你應妥善保管帳號，並對帳號內的活動負責。若發現帳號遭未授權使用，請聯絡 [email protected]。
你可以在 App 內申請刪除帳號。相關資料將依隱私權政策及必要的法定、資安與備份流程處理。
4. 使用者內容
你應對上傳的路線、照片、留言、車輛資料、揪團及其他內容負責，且不得發布違法、侵權、騷擾、仇恨、色情、危險或誤導內容。
為了儲存、顯示、分享及提供你所選擇的功能，你授權 Routwo 在提供服務所必要的範圍內處理你的內容；內容所有權仍屬於你。
Routwo 得基於安全、法令、檢舉或服務維護需要，限制、隱藏或移除內容及帳號。
5. 定位功能
騎乘紀錄、World Fog、小隊雷達及相關功能，可能在你主動啟用並授權後使用精確位置及背景位置。 定位結果可能受裝置、GPS、網路、作業系統與省電設定影響。你可以停止功能或從系統設定撤回權限。
6. 付費功能
部分功能可能透過 App Store、Google Play 或其付款服務提供訂閱或購買。 付款、續訂、取消與退款原則以交易商店顯示的條件及適用法令為準。Routwo 不會取得你的完整信用卡資料。
7. 第三方服務
Routwo 使用地圖、雲端儲存、推播、分析、錯誤診斷及付款權益等第三方服務。 第三方服務可能另受其條款及政策約束。
8. 服務變更與責任限制
睿騎工作室會盡合理努力維護本服務，但不保證服務永不中斷、所有裝置皆能正常運作，或所有使用者內容均正確。
在法律允許的範圍內，Routwo 不對因道路狀況、使用者內容、定位誤差、裝置故障或第三方服務造成的間接損失負責； 但本條不排除法律賦予消費者的權利。
9. 停權與終止
若帳號從事違法、危險、侵權、濫用或破壞服務的行為，Routwo 得限制功能、移除內容或停用帳號。 你也可以停止使用本服務並在 App 內刪除帳號。
10. 條款更新
條款有重大變更時，將視情況透過 App、網站或電子郵件通知。更新後繼續使用本服務，代表你接受更新內容。
11. 準據法與聯絡方式
本條款依中華民國法律處理；爭議管轄依適用法律規定，不預先排除消費者依法可選擇的法院。

Routwo Terms of Service
Routwo is provided and maintained by “睿騎工作室” (Ruiqi Studio), the operating name of an independent developer. By using Routwo, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Routwo provides motorcycle ride recording, route sharing, map exploration, group rides, squad location sharing, garage, community, and related features. Some features require an account, network access, device permissions, or a paid entitlement.
2. Riding safety
Routwo is not an emergency, traffic-safety, or navigation-guarantee service. You are responsible for road, weather, vehicle, and legal conditions and must not interact with the app in a distracting or dangerous way while riding. Routes, challenges, rankings, exploration, and community content are informational.
3. Accounts
Keep your account secure and contact [email protected] about unauthorized use. You can request account deletion in the app. Data is then handled under the Privacy Policy and necessary legal, security, and backup processes.
4. User content
You are responsible for content you upload and must not post illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous, or misleading content. You allow Routwo to process your content only as needed to store, display, share, and provide the features you choose; ownership remains yours. Routwo may restrict or remove content or accounts for safety, legal, moderation, or service-maintenance reasons.
5. Location features
Ride recording, World Fog, squad radar, and related features may use precise and background location after you start the feature and grant permission. Results depend on device, GPS, network, OS, and battery settings. You can stop the feature or revoke permission in system settings.
6. Paid and third-party services
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store and law. Routwo does not receive full card numbers. Map, hosting, notification, analytics, diagnostics, and entitlement services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and liability
Ruiqi Studio uses reasonable efforts to maintain Routwo but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or accuracy of user content. To the extent permitted by law, Routwo is not responsible for indirect loss caused by road conditions, user content, location errors, device failures, or third-party services. This does not exclude statutory consumer rights.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
Routwo may restrict features, remove content, or suspend accounts involved in illegal, dangerous, infringing, abusive, or service-disrupting conduct. You may stop using Routwo and delete your account. Material changes to these terms may be announced in the app, on the website, or by email.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Jurisdiction follows applicable law and does not remove a consumer’s statutory choice of court.
